01

The operator is Tervuq.

These website terms are with Tervuq, trading at tervuq.com.

Tervuq is a small digital studio with an Austin contact base. The supplied postal address is 19 Oak Lane, Apt 3, Austin, Texas 49198, Austin, Texas, United States. The site describes software work, not a walk-in computer repair service or a shop selling equipment.

The business contact is office@tervuq.com, with telephone +1 (638) 555-4623. The postal address identifies the operator; it is not presented as a public studio, staffed reception or appointment facility.

These terms distinguish the public website from a project agreement. Reading an explanation of a portal does not create an account service, and using a contact route does not appoint Tervuq to administer an existing system.

The studio page describes the working approach. The obligations for a particular job belong in the written scope accepted for that job, rather than in a general description of what the studio can build.

02

The offer is software work.

The site explains development and technical support services; it does not sell a ready-made subscription or hosted account.

Business website development concerns public pages and enquiry routes. Customer portal development concerns signed-in users and permissioned records. Those are different scopes. A public site description does not include an authenticated application unless it is expressly included in the project.

Internal business tools concern staff workflows, including explicit states and failed actions. Website technical support covers investigation and agreed maintenance or changes. The website is not an unlimited maintenance plan.

Connections have boundaries.

A hosting platform, mail service, payment provider or other external system may be involved in a project. Its fees and account terms are separate unless the written scope says otherwise. Tervuq does not control a provider's service availability, policy decisions or future interface changes.

Hardware supply, advertising management and operation of hosting infrastructure are not offers made by this site. The illustrative interface photographs explain concepts; they are not evidence of delivered customer projects or screenshots of a product available for immediate purchase.

03

Written scope comes before work.

Nothing is sold or paid for on this website, and submitting an inquiry does not place an order.

There is no cart, checkout or payment collection. A submitted form or chat message asks Tervuq to consider a request. A receipt confirms that a message was stored; it does not confirm a booking, reserve development time or accept a specification.

An inquiry becomes agreed work only when Tervuq and the requester accept a written scope and the applicable commercial terms. Any figure discussed before that agreement is an estimate rather than a binding online quote. Do not treat an automated confirmation as permission to schedule a launch.

Define what acceptance means.

The scope should identify the deliverables and the checks used to accept them. For a portal, that can include which role can view a record. For a public website, it can identify the content editing boundary. Review responsibilities and dependencies need to be explicit before a schedule can mean anything.

Send corrections when a request has been misunderstood. Silence is not a dependable way to approve a technical assumption. The inquiry-to-handover process explains how scope, reviews and changes are separated.

04

Scope sets the estimate.

Estimates are prepared in USD after inquiry, using the actual work rather than a fixed online starting price.

For websites, the basis includes page structure, editing requirements and content or migration work. For customer portals, it includes roles, account workflows and connections to existing systems. An additional role can change more than the menu: it can change access rules and the cases that must be reviewed.

Internal tool estimates depend on working states, validation and integrations. Support pricing depends on the investigation and support scope agreed before work. A report that a save failed is a starting point for diagnosis, not enough information to price every possible cause.

Changes are not hidden inside the original figure.

A new integration, revised content migration or expanded acceptance boundary can change the estimate. Tervuq and the requester need to agree the effect on cost and timing before treating extra work as part of the job. No recurring or unlimited service is implied by a support inquiry.

Payment arrangements and any separate provider costs belong in the written agreement. The site does not supply a numerical price, rate card or typical project total. Its website transfer calculator estimates data volume only; its output is neither a price nor a hosting recommendation.

05

Use the contact routes for real requests.

Visitors must not use this site to harm another person, compromise a system or submit material they have no right to share.

Do not send malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the forms and chat. Do not use automated submissions to flood the service. Impersonating another business or using someone else's contact details without permission is not acceptable.

An inquiry should describe the intended workflow or the fault. It should not contain passwords, payment card details or confidential customer records. If access becomes necessary for agreed work, arrange it separately with a limited and revocable route.

Authority matters.

If you request changes to a website or application, you must be authorized to request them. Tervuq may ask who controls the system or the relevant provider account before taking any action. A visible page URL is not proof that the sender owns the site.

Useful technical examples can be stripped of live personal data. Describe a field name and the action that failed rather than copying an entire record into a support conversation. The privacy statement describes what the contact routes record.

06

Permission travels with supplied content.

Site materials remain with Tervuq or their respective rights holders, and project content must be supplied with the rights needed to use it.

The text, photographs and marks on this website are protected material owned by Tervuq or used under the relevant rights. Browsing does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish them as another business's work. A maker's mark is a brand device, not a certification seal.

A visitor may read these pages and share links to them. Do not remove attribution or use an interface study as evidence of your own project. Third-party names used to explain a service or a privacy route remain the names of their respective owners.

Project ownership must be written down.

For supplied copy or photographs, the requester must have authority to provide the material and authorize its intended use. Being able to download an image is not a license. Tell Tervuq about any restriction before the image is incorporated into a page.

Ownership and licensing of project-specific code, reusable components and supplied materials are defined in the written scope or agreement. A request message does not transfer all rights in either direction. Third-party software and assets retain their own license conditions.

07

A remedy needs an agreed obligation.

This website offers no blanket performance, revenue, uptime or fixed-resolution guarantee, and it does not remove applicable statutory rights.

Website information and tools

General website descriptions and illustrative studies are provided as is for understanding an offer. They are not a warranty that an unspecified project will meet every technical or commercial goal. The transfer calculator uses the visitor's inputs; it is not a capacity test, speed audit or prediction of concurrent users.

A page can explain permission boundaries without proving the security of an existing system. A diagnostic example can show the shape of an investigation without guaranteeing that a particular failure can be reproduced or resolved within a fixed time.

Project-specific work and corrections

Acceptance criteria and correction obligations belong in the written scope. That agreement should say which behavior is expected and what happens when agreed work does not meet it. These terms do not create a warranty duration or replace a correction obligation that has been expressly agreed.

Report a suspected defect against the agreed behavior, with the affected page and reproduction steps. A new field, changed workflow or different provider connection may be a change request rather than a defect. The classification should be discussed, not assumed from the word “support.”

Later changes and external services

A browser update, third-party API change or alteration made by another person can affect behavior after handover. Investigation may be needed before responsibility is clear. No statement here guarantees that an external provider will keep a feature available or preserve an integration indefinitely.

Later maintenance is agreed work unless the written scope already includes it. A support message does not establish continuous monitoring, an emergency response obligation or permission to make unreviewed production changes.

Rights that remain

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty, remedy or other right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. A project-specific commitment remains a commitment. General wording on this website is not a substitute for resolving a reported failure against that commitment.

If a report is really an accessibility barrier on this website, use the accessibility contact route. You do not need to purchase development work to report difficulty reading or using a public page.

The practical distinction is between a described capability and an accepted requirement. Keep the accepted scope available when reporting a fault so both sides can compare the same behavior.

08

The website is not a business outcome promise.

To the extent permitted by law, Tervuq is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information.

Do not use a general service description or calculator result as the sole basis for a deployment, capacity purchase or financial forecast. The site does not promise revenue, advertising results or a specific commercial return. An example of a workflow is not advice about the suitability of that workflow for every business.

This limitation concerns use of the public information on the website. Liability for paid project work is addressed in the applicable written agreement, subject to mandatory law. These website terms do not invent a monetary liability cap or substitute a new cap for an agreed one.

No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits a statutory right that cannot lawfully be limited. If only part of a limitation is enforceable, the remaining lawful terms continue to apply.

Tell Tervuq promptly if information on the website is materially wrong or a confirmed request is not reflected correctly. Keep the receipt if one was returned. A failed or interrupted submission is not proof that Tervuq received a message.

09

Abuse can close a contact route.

Tervuq may refuse or restrict access that is abusive, unlawful or a threat to site security.

Spam, malicious submissions and attempts to interfere with another conversation can lead to a blocked request or restricted use of the affected route. A request may also be declined where the sender lacks authority over the system or the work falls outside the services offered.

Technical interruptions can make a form or chat temporarily unavailable. Use the supplied email or telephone route if the website cannot accept a legitimate inquiry. There is no claim of uninterrupted access to the website utilities.

Restriction of a website contact route does not automatically cancel an existing project agreement. Pausing or ending paid work, and the effect on deliverables or charges, belongs to the terms agreed for that work.

A privacy request remains a separate matter. Contact office@tervuq.com if you cannot use the data request form. An access restriction is not a blanket refusal to consider applicable privacy rights.

10

Texas law governs these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of Texas, United States, with disputes heard in the courts of Austin.

This governing-law provision applies to the website terms. It does not remove mandatory protections that apply to a visitor and cannot be displaced by contract, including applicable rights concerning personal data.

A separate written project agreement can address the work it covers. Read that agreement alongside these website terms rather than assuming a service page settles every question about a commercial relationship.

If a dispute concerns the meaning of a scope item, identify the item and the behavior in question when contacting Tervuq. That gives both sides something specific to assess before treating a technical disagreement as a broader claim.

Contacting Tervuq about a concern does not waive a right to use an applicable legal or regulatory route. Privacy complaint routes are described in the privacy statement.

11

A revised page gets a revised date.

Changes to these website terms are announced by publishing the revised terms here with an updated effective date.

The date at the top identifies the version being presented. Review the relevant clause before relying on a public description for a new request. A changed service description does not by itself alter the deliverables already agreed for an existing job.

Amendments to paid work need their own agreement. Adding a page to this website is not a change order for a customer's system, and it does not silently expand a support arrangement.

Cookie choices and personal-data handling have their own notices. The cookie statement contains live storage controls; declining storage is not a change to a project agreement. Inquiry consent and advertising consent have different purposes.

If you need to check whether a revised description affects an open request, quote the relevant wording in a message to Tervuq. Do not assume the answer from an old bookmark alone.

12

Ask before relying on an assumption.

Questions about these terms go to Tervuq using the supplied contact details.

Email office@tervuq.com or call +1 (638) 555-4623. For postal correspondence, write to 19 Oak Lane, Apt 3, Austin, Texas 49198, Austin, Texas, United States.

Identify the clause and explain the uncertainty. For a question about agreed work, include the project or request reference without sending passwords or confidential records. A short description of the disputed behavior is more useful than an unfiltered system export.

For a new project or a website technical support inquiry, use the contact page. The form starts a discussion under the inquiry-only boundary above. There is no checkout step and no charge created by sending it.
